CAMPAIGN INFORMATION

• What is the campaign about?
• Similar to a Kickstarter, this is a fan-inspired, driven and led campaign to pre-order enough Clearly Canadian Originals upfront that the company can safely produce them. Clearly Canadian has on standby all elements of production to produce the Originals – we need fans to order up! At a bare minimum Clearly needs to pre-sell 25,000 cases
• I never received an EMAIL RECEIPT after I ordered my Clearly Canadian, why?  
• If you did not receive an EMAIL RECEIPT from us at the time of your order, please note you likely entered your email address incorrectly and we have no way to contact you about your order. Please email us at support@clearlycanadian.com if you did not receive an EMAIL RECEIPT at the time of your order.
• How do I attend the Rhett & Link Live Toasting Event?
• Everyone who purchases a case of Clearly Canadian will receive by email a link to the Live Toasting Event with Rhett & Link before it occurs.
• When will my credit card be charged?
• Credit cards will be charged starting in mid March and into April 2015. If your credit card info has changed – worry not – we will contact you via email to update this.
• When will my Clearly Canadian be shipped?
• Now that we have hit 25,000 cases pre-sold, production and shipping is expected to begin in mid to late May. If your shipping address has changed, please email us your new shipping address at support@clearlycanadian.com.
• For how long can I order Clearly Canadian online?
• The online pre-sales campaign ordering period will remain fully open until we actually start delivering product. While 25,000 cases is enough to start minimal production, if we can pre-sell 50,000 cases or more that would be incredibly good for the company and solidify Clearly Canadian’s re-emerging position with beverage distributors and retailers - so basically please keep promoting and asking people to buy past 25,000 cases!
• Are there any special sale promotions during the campaign?
• Yes! For every 5 cases you order (on orders up to 45 cases) you will receive 1 FREE case. At a maximum 45 case order that is a total 9 FREE cases! FREE cases will come as single flavour cases of the flavours you ordered. Also, there is super deep discount wholesale pricing on pallets (126 cases/pallet). Check out our Leaders Referral Program too earn more FREE cases!
• How does your referral program for FREE CASES work?
• Using your unique referral link, which you received when you purchased or when you signed up for the LEADERS REFERRAL PROGRAM HERE, for every 5 purchasers you refer we will send you 1 CASE FREE! It’s that simple and very effective.
• I ordered but did not enter the $25,000 Adventure Travel Contest, how do I enter?
• Everyone who purchases Clearly Canadian online is automatically eligible to enter the contest. If you did not enter, you will receive an email from us before we draw the winner giving you the ability to do so.
• Do you have a customer service number or email?
• There are only 7 of us at this time – please no phone calls at the moment – we would have a communal break down. Email us at - support@clearlycanadian.com.

• 12 teardrop glass bottles (17 lbs a case)

• Canadian Spring Water, Pure Cane Sugar, Natural Flavouring, Citric Acid – keeping things simple.

• Are Clearly Canadian Originals non-GMO, gluten-free, all natural & the original formulas?
• Yes, Yes, Yes & Yes  
• How much cane sugar is in a bottle of Clearly Canadian Originals? 
• Depending on flavour between 15 to 30 grams.
• Where do you source your spring water from?
• From natural springs all over Canada.
• What type of bottle are you using?
• The original Clearly Canadian teardrop glass bottle.
• Are you shipping worldwide?
• Yes, worldwide, Canada and the United States.
• Why does it take so long to produce Clearly Canadian?
• Producing Clearly Canadian’s custom teardrop glass bottle is our single greatest challenge, it adds no less than 12 weeks to our production cycle time. Bottle moulds have to be produced which takes 4 to 6 weeks. This is followed by production of the bottles, which are then screen-printed and finally delivered to the bottling plants for filling. The entire process from order to delivery can take up to 4 months. Clearly Canadian’s teardrop bottle is an identifier of our brand identity and one of the core things our fans have been demanding. We cannot compromise on who we are and the quality of our products. Good things take time…it’s definitely worth the time and effort to get it right.
• How is your online pricing? The shipping costs must be insane.
• Yep, they are - Compared to beverage pricing in physical stores, it is a bit more expensive (about $1 a bottle), but not jaw dropping. Remember, this is a limited-time fan-sourced revival campaign for a reason. There is pricing for both individuals and business - all pricing includes delivery. Because of high shipping rates - we spend many times more on shipping per case than it costs to produce a case. We have tried, however, to keep prices for the campaign reasonable similar to other crowd-sourced campaigns and online beverage stores.
• When will Clearly Canadian Originals be available in stores?
• We have demand from all over North America and the world. We encourage you to encourage your local businesses to pre-order Clearly Canadian Originals as well. After we have delivered product to you first, you will find Clearly Canadian Originals in stores coast-to- coast.

RISKS & CHALLENGES

• What risk is there in purchasing? What challenges does Clearly Canadian face?
• Similar to a Kickstarter – the campaign is based on Clearly Canadian’s fans pre-ordering enough product upfront that the company can safely produce the originals. Clearly Canadian has on standby all elements of production and successfully ran limited-edition truckloads in 2012 and 2013 which were sold out across the entire U.S. in days at our friends at www.beveragesdirect.com and the Canadian National Exposition (CNE).
• Our number one risk, given its our largest "Cost of Goods", being heavy, bulky and breakable, is our iconic tear-drop, ice-blue, screen printed, glass bottle. These bottles were always expensive – they remain so today. There is a reason why the majority of beverages today are found in less than ideal PET plastic — because it’s CHEAP! Notice you don't see that many using glass, let alone screen-printing anymore, besides maybe Coca-Cola (we love you Coca-Cola) on their signature bottles. We are bringing back the ORIGINAL Clearly Canadian screen-printed glass bottles in their ORIGINAL yummy non-GMO formulations with good old-fashioned cane sugar and Canadian spring water. Our bottles take up to 4 months to produce. There are only 3 glass bottle manufactures in the world that can make our bottles to the high-standards we require at a price we can afford. All of them are on standby to ramp up production. Once we have the ability to place our glass orders, it's full steam ahead. After receiving bottles in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, everything else is relatively easy. We have our bottle cap manufacturers, springs, and co-packers ready, along with direct ship capabilities. To keep it all sustainable once rolling we have established beverage distributors and retail clients across North America ready to place new orders on top of yours - literally.
• We are a small team of 7, we have millions to serve and only 14 hands between us - it's time to ramp-up…if we could employ Archie! (our mascot office Cock-a-poo) we would! CLEARLY NEEDs YOU, HER FANS TO TAKE THE FINAL STEP!

MISC.

• Is there a campaign flyer I can print and share with family owned grocery stores, cafes & restaurants to get on board or hand out at busy intersections, Google headquarters, the promenade in Santa Monica or on the gondola in Whistler?

• Do you sell Clearly Canadian clothing?
• There will be Clearly Canadian SWAG available on our online store – coming soon.
• Will you bring back Orbitz?
• Orbitz! Orbitz! Orbitz! We know there is a serious following seeking Orbitz. We are researching whether Orbitz can in fact be re-produced. It was a technologically advanced drink then and remains so. Have you seen a bottle from 1997? The balls are still floating! NO JOKE.
